SA Evolve Pty Ltd – Refunds Policy

At SA Evolve Pty Ltd, we strive to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality services. This Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
1.1 Service Not Provided If a scheduled service was paid for but not delivered due to reasons directly caused by SA Evolve Pty Ltd (e.g., system errors or operational failure).
1.2 Duplicate Payments If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
1.3 Service Disruption If the service was significantly disrupted or could not be completed due to a fault attributable to SA Evolve Pty Ltd.
2. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for the following:
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation If the customer cancels after the service has already commenced.
2.2 External Factors Delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, third-party actions).
2.3 Non-Compliance Circumstances where customers fail to comply with company rules, safety requirements, or instructions.

- Full Name - Contact Details
- Date of Service
- Reason for Refund Request
- Proof of Payment Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Disputes
If you disagree with the outcome of a refund request, you may submit a written appeal within 7 days of receiving the decision. SA Evolve Pty Ltd will conduct a secondary review of the case.
5. Changes to the Policy SA Evolve Pty Ltd reserves the right to update this Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website or formally communicated.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the SA Evolve mobile app, platform, services, and related operations. By registering or using SA Evolve, all drivers, vehicle owners, passengers, and partners agree to these Terms
1. Definition
“SA Evolve” refers to the SA Evolve e-hailing platform and its owners.
“User” refers to passengers, drivers, and vehicle owners.
“Driver” refers to individuals approved to operate on SA Evolve.
“Passenger” refers to users requesting transportation.
“Vehicle Owner” refers to persons owning or supplying vehicles for SA Evolve use.
“Platform” refers to the SA Evolve app and system

3. Eligibility
To use SA Evolve
Drivers Must:
Be over 21 years old
Hold a valid Driver’s Licens, PrDP and operators license permit
Provide all required compliance documents
Maintain a safe and roadworthy vehicles
Pass security and background checks
Passengers Must:
Be 18 or older (or accompanied by a guardian if he/she is a minor)
Provide accurate personal details
Comply with platform conduct rules
4. Registration Requirements
All drivers and vehicle owners must submit required documents before activation as listed in the Privacy & Compliance Policy.
Accounts will be rejected, suspended, or terminated for failure to provide information or providing false documents
5. Service Nature
SA Evolve:
Provides a technology platform to connect drivers and passengers
Does not employ drivers
Is not a transport operator; drivers act as independent contractors
Drivers are responsible for:
Vehicle operation and road safety
Legal compliance and valid permit
Personal conduct and passenger safety
Passengers acknowledge SA Evolve is a booking platform and not the direct transportation provide
6. Fees and Payments
SA Evolve charges commission per completed trip
Drivers receive payout of fare minus applicable fees
Fare estimates may vary based on real-time factors
Cancellation fees may apply
SA Evolve reserves the right to adjust fare rates and commission at any time with notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
Use false identities or fraudulent documents
Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Use SA Evolve for illegal purposes
Carry weapons or prohibited items
Damage SA Evolve property or reputations
Violations may result in immediate suspension or legal action
8. Safety and Compliance
Drivers must:
Operate safely and legally
Follow all traffic laws
Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle
Assist passengers respectfully and professional
Passengers must:
Wear seatbelts
Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
Avoid dangerous or unlawful behaviour
No alcohol, drugs, violence, or misconduct allowed.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
SA Evolve may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Fraud or misrepresentation
Misconduct or unsafe behaviour
Non-compliance with licensing requirements
Expired documentation
Users may request account closure anytime, subject to regulatory retention.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
SA Evolve is not responsible for
Accidents or vehicle damage
Loss or theft of personal property
Personal injuries during trips
Misconduct by any platform user
Users assume all risks related to transportation and platform use.
SA Evolve provides services “as-is.
11. Insurance
Drivers must carry valid motor vehicle insurance.
Passengers are encouraged to have personal insurance.
12. Data Protection
SA Evolve protects user data as per POPIA.
